May 22 was the last Planning Board meeting of the month, and it was an unusually brief one.
First up was a hearing regarding 25 Forge Parkway continued from prior meetings.
Town Planner Amy Love reviewed the application and explained that they were in front of the Conservation Commission on May 18 and received approval from the Conservation Commission. She also reviewed previous correspondence, concerns that had been expressed by officials and the Board, and how they were addressed. The summary was that most issues had been addressed by the applicant or were in the process of being addressed.
Her suggestion was that the board could approve “with conditions.”
Among the issues still being examined were sight lines for those exiting the property and treatment inserts for catch basins.
After some discussion, the Board did vote to approve with conditions.
The second public hearing of the evening was for 15 Liberty way. Love said she had heard from the applicant’s engineer that they had just filed with the Conservation Commission and would like a continuance to July.
This was granted and the meeting adjourned.
The June 5 meeting, scheduled for 7 pm in the Council Chambers, begins with a continuation of the hearing for Maplegate North Solar, continued from April 24, followed by a hearing on 100-200 Financial Way.
