Mrs. Jo-Ann (Hatch) Venezia, age 72, of Franklin, formerly of Peabody and Saugus, died on Wednesday, July 19th. She was the wife of the late Ernest E. Venezia, Jr.
Born in Lynn and raised in Saugus, Mrs. Venezia was the daughter of the late Melvin I. and Eleanor C. (Kerry) Hatch. A 1969 graduate of Saugus High, Jo-Ann was a member of the reunion committee. She was a former legal assistant for the Social Security Administration in Massachusetts.
Mrs. Venezia is survived by three daughters, Karen Kahn and her husband Kirk of Bradford, Elizabeth Burch and her husband Kevin of Franklin and Jo-Ann Phillips and her husband Benjamin of Medway; four grandchildren, Nathan, Leah, Josephine and Bronny; her beloved Christopher Gray of Danvers; one brother, Robert Hatch of Wells, ME; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kerry Mae; two brothers, Thomas and John Hatch; two sisters, Ellen DeVito and Mary Johnson.

SERVICE INFORMATION
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. followed by a service in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
