Amendment LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN BOARD OF HEALTH PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Franklin Board of Health will hold both a remote public hearing via google hangouts and in-person at the Town Hall Training Room: 3 rd Floor. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 5:00p.m. The hearing will discuss implementation of an amendment to the Tobacco Products and Smoking regulation. The purpose of the amendment is to bring the local regulation to meet the Massachusetts state law and regulation in restricting the sale of tobacco and vape products. Proposed policies in the draft regulation include but are not limited to capping the number of local tobacco sales permits issued.

Franklin Bent Street, Franklin, MA LEGAL NOTICE KJS Realty proposes to construct a wireless telecommunications facility off Bent Street in Franklin, Massachusetts (Assessor's ID 206-103) that will consist of panel antennas to be mounted onto the top of a proposed 191-foot tall, galvanized steel self-support tower on a concrete foundation, with a height of 197 feet including foundation reveal, base plate, anchor bolts, and lightning rod. Associated telecommunications equipment will be located outside at the base of the structure within a proposed 60-foot by 60-foot compound surrounded by a six-foot tall chain link fence with barbed wire, located within a 75-foot by 75-foot lease area. A portion of the Area of Potential Affect extends into the Town of Medway. In accordance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, KJS Realty hereby solicits public comment concerning its proposal.
