IFB/SEWER STATION PUMP & CONTROLS IN-KIND REPLACEMENT LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids (IFB) TOWN OF FRANKLIN In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a company for the purposes of the SEWER STATION PUMP & CONTROLS IN-KIND REPLACEMENT project in the Town of Franklin. Project: The work to be performed will include in-kind replacement of the existing self-priming suction lift pumps, motors, and control panels at the Grove #1, Grove #2 and Milliken Ave. Pump Stations. The proposed permit is to remove 30 feet of a stone wall to allow for the construction of an access drive to a ground mounted solar facility for vehicles and interconnection purposes.
