IFB/SEWER STATION PUMP & CONTROLS IN-KIND REPLACEMENT LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids (IFB) TOWN OF FRANKLIN In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a company for the purposes of the SEWER STATION PUMP & CONTROLS IN-KIND REPLACEMENT project in the Town of Franklin. Project: The work to be performed will include in-kind replacement of the existing self-priming suction lift pumps, motors, and control panels at the Grove #1, Grove #2 and Milliken Ave. Pump Stations. Work includes furnishing and installation of new self-priming suction lift pumps, motors, variable frequency drives, control panels, associated electrical work to reconnect, and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work. UPPER UNION STREET LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (and can also be attended remotely) on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Scenic Road application for the tearing down or destruction of stone walls off of Upper Union Street, prepared by VS Union Solar Smart, LLC, Dana Point CA. The proposed permit is to remove 30 feet of a stone wall to allow for the construction of an access drive to a ground mounted solar facility for vehicles and interconnection purposes.
