Mark C. Turner, 67, of Franklin, passed away peacefully, at his home surrounded by his family, Monday September 11, 2023, following an illness. He was the beloved husband of Janet Heys Turner.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Monday September 18th, at 9AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Square Franklin at 10AM.

Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.

Calling hours are Sunday Sept. 17th, from 1-5PM at the funeral home.
