Robert E. "Bobby" McKinnon, 51, passed away unexpectedly Sunday October 1, 2023. He was the father of Tyler M. McKinnon, Julia C. McKinnon and Brooke E. McKinnon all of Franklin. He is the former spouse of Jill M. (Tattrie) McKinnon.
