FRANKLIN, 0 BENT STREET LEGAL NOTICE Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (The Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 7:12 PM for a Notice of Intent filed by Christopher Lucas of Lucas Environmental, LLC, Quincy, MA on behalf of Stephen Kelleher of KJS Realty, Inc., Sharon, MA. The project proposes the construction of a telecommunications facility, along with access driveways and associated utilities. Approximately 8,545 square feet (sf) of the work is proposed within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), of which approximately 85 sf is proposed within the 25-foot “No Disturbance” Zone, 60 sf is proposed within the 25- to 50-foot Buffer Zone, and 8,400 sf within the 50- to 100-foot Buffer Zone. The Project is located at 0 Bent Street, Map 206 Lot 103, in the Rural Residential I Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. To meet this appropriation the District is authorized to borrow said amount, under and pursuant to G.L. c. 71, §16(n), and the District Agreement, as amended, or pursuant to any other enabling authority.
