MEDWAY: Edward J. Korona

Edward J. Korona, 69, of Lawrence, formerly of Medway passed away on May 31, 2026.

Born September 24,1957, and raised in Medway, Edward was the son of the late Edward J. Korona and Elizabeth M. Korona (Mueller).

Edward dedicated more than 30 years of service to Stop & Shop, where he was known for his commitment throughout his career. Outside of work, he was a devoted New England sports fan who rarely missed a game and proudly supported his favorite teams through every season.

Above all, Edward was a proud father. His greatest joys came from watching his daughters compete in sports and celebrating their accomplishments both on and off the field. He took immense pride in the women they became and the lives they built.

He leaves behind his two daughters, Jenn Korona and her wife, Shayna, and their daughter, Alanna; and Mikayla August and her husband, Adam, as they await the arrival of their son. He is also survived by his siblings, Stephen Korona, Jimmy Korona, and Jeannie Korona- Treveloni; along with extended family and friends.
