Richard E. "Dick" Barter, 89

Richard E. "Dick" Barter, 89, of Franklin, passed away peacefully, Wednesday October 18, 2023 at Milford Regional Medical Center following an illness. He was the beloved husband of the late Jessie Ann (Calarese) Barter, who died in 2016 and the companion of Ann C. (Schattle) Dolan of Franklin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Monday October 23rd, at 9AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Franklin at 10AM.

Interment will follow at the parish cemetery.

Calling hours are Sunday Oct. 22nd, from 2-4PM.
