James M. Phelan, 89

James M. Phelan, 89, of Franklin, and a former longtime resident of Norfolk, passed away peacefully, at home surrounded by his family, Friday October 20, 2023, following an illness. He was the beloved husband of the late Yvette D. "Eve" (Pelletier) Phelan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass Monday October 30th, in St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Square Franklin at 11AM.

Interment with military honors will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
