The Color Lounge Signage Approved, Valvoline to Get Reminder

The Design Review Commission met Tuesday evening at 7 via Zoom to hold a hearing on a proposal by The Color Lounge – 20 West Central Street, to install 3D `Belt Sign.’ Sign maker Cam Afonso of Signs by Cam, presented to the Commission.

There were relatively few questions so the matter was put to a vote and, with a stipulation that the dimensional limits of the signs be included, the Commission approved the package.

They also approved minutes of the prior meeting. They will not be meeting again until January.

There was some informal discussion including an update that Valvoline has taken over the Jiffy Lube site on West Central and has put up temporary banners. They need to be reminded to come before the Commission for signage.
