RE: An Act Relative To Harming Children.

To the Community of Franklin, and State Rep. Jeff Roy

I am writing to ask that you, Representative Roy, oppose the radical and toxic HB544/SB2686, titled An Act Relative to Healthy Youth, by voting NO on this predatorial legislation.
This demonic legislation in HB544/SB2686 would allow the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to mandate a predatorial sex education framework for public schools across the state. Currently, local schools can decide for themselves what and when to teach the children in their community about sex, based on the unique needs of their student populations and the desires of their PARENTS.
This bill would eliminate that reasonable and common sense approach. What is beyond disturbing is that the curriculum already approved by DESE would expose underage children to graphic content such as how to engage in high-risk sexual activities like anal and oral sex. It would also teach young students how to get an abortion without parental knowledge or consent. Knowingly brainwashing children who are not fully developed physically or intellectually to do harm to themselves is unforgivable.
There is no greater sin and no greater evil than adults disguised as educators and caregivers intentionally doing mental, emotional and physical harm to another parent’s innocent child. To any child for that matter. This is child abuse, plain and simple. It would also require classes to include the hate driven “affirmative recognition that people have different sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.” What possible benefit is there for targeting innocent children with this “education” , some as young as 5 years old?
This curriculum contradicts the deeply held religious beliefs of many parents and restricts our constitutional rights to determine the moral upbringing of our children. Schools should never be in the business of promoting the lie that children can change their still-developing bodies with synthetic hormones and the surgical removal of healthy reproductive organs to match a "gender identity." Restraining orders aside, I wouldn’t let my child within 100 yards of someone that supported this.
Finally, this legislation would prohibit the general public from examining the sex ed curricula being taught in their community, resulting in less transparency for taxpayers. They don’t want us to know the specific content because they know it’s damaging to children so they need to hide it. The devil is literally in the details. I seriously and honestly question the mental state of our “elected” officials if this is something they support.
For these reasons, I am asking you, Representative Roy, to please oppose HB544/SB2686 by voting NO..I would also urge my fellow citizens to reach out to Rep Roy by phone ((617) 722-2030) or email -- Jeff.Roy@mahouse.gov. I am reaching out because knowing what I know is in this bill , if I didn’t reach out then I have failed miserably as a parent. My guess is that there is a 10th Circle under construction right now for those voting yes on this. Don’t worry they won’t need a coat.

With regards,
