Above, in addition to announcing awards from MHQP, Milford Regional Physician Group has announced the addition of Megan Keenan, MD, atCommunity Pediatrics of Milford and Kyle Lanciani, MSN, FNP-C, RN, BSN, at Milford Regional Urgent Care.
Milford Regional Physician Group has announced that three of its practices have received awards from Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) for patient experience in primary care.
Awards were given to top overall performers in adult primary care and pediatrics in a variety of categories. Following are the MRPG practices highlighted in this year’s program and categories in which they won:
- Franklin-Wrentham Family Medicine, for “Office Staff Professional Excellence.”
- McGrath Medical Group, for “Assessment of Behavioral Health Issues.”
- Community Pediatrics of Milford, for “Most Improved for Empowering Patient Self Care.”

The MHQP Patient Experience Awards is an annual program introduced in 2018 by MHQP, a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that works to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts. MHQP conducts the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care in Massachusetts.

Milford Regional Physician Group, (MRPG) Inc. was established in 1992 and is one of the largest physician practice groups in the MetroWest and Blackstone Valley Region. Staff Additions Also Announced
Milford Regional Physician Group also recently welcomed aboard Megan Keenan, MD, and Kyle Lanciani, MSN, FNP-C, RN, BSN.
Megan Keenan, MD, joined Community Pediatrics of Milford, located at 229 East Main Street, Milford. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Keenan comes to MRPG from the Division of Newborn Medicine at Mass General Brigham, where she worked as a newborn hospitalist and also saw patients in the MGH Newborn Follow-up Clinic. Prior to coming to Boston, Dr. Keenan practiced primary care pediatrics at Maimonides Infants and Children’s in Brooklyn, where she provided care for a diverse patient population.
She earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, Bronx, NY and completed her internship and residency at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, also in the Bronx. Dr. Keenan holds an academic appointment as Instructor in Pediatrics at the Boston University School of Medicine and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has received many awards and honors, including an appointment to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society; a Resident Teaching award, and the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society at Ithaca College. Kyle Lanciani, MSN, FNP-C, RN, BSN, has joined Milford Regional Urgent Care. She is a family nurse practitioner with eight years of nursing experience in urgent care settings. Prior to coming to MRPG, Kyle worked for ConvenientMD Urgent Care, where she provided telemedicine care in MA, ME, and NH. She has also worked in various urgent care clinics throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Kyle earned her BS in Biology and Genetics from University of New Hampshire and her BSN and MSN/Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis College.
