Ruth "Brenda" Brown

Ruth "Brenda" Brown of Daniel Island, SC formerly of Franklin and Westwood, MA, passed away peacefully after a brief diagnosis of cancer at age 80.

Brenda is survived by her daughter, Jennifer and her husband Andrew of Daniel Island, SC and her son, Loring Brown of Dunwoody, GA. Also, her dear cousin Geraldine A. Moynihan of Falmouth, MA; Sister-in-Laws, Carol Chase of Norwood, MA and Nancy Brown Pawlyshyn of Westwood, MA; and many nieces and nephews.

Brenda was a devoted and loving grandmother called "Mimi" to Drew, Lilly, Jack and Pierce Mullen, and Graham Brown. Her 5 Grands were everything to her. She had a special bond with each one of them, and they will miss her terribly.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 22 at 11:00 AM at Stella Maris Catholic Church on Sullivan's Island, SC. A celebration of life will be held on Cape Cod over the Summer.
