Franklin Engineering Firm Acquired

Franklin-based Onsite Engineering, founded in 2006 to address the need for consulting engineers who can provide high quality technical expertise and outstanding client service at cost effective rates, was acquired in recent days by Fuss & O’Neill, a century-old engineering firm based in Hartford. The acquisition increases its staff to more than 400 employees at its 11 offices throughout the Northeast.

In a press release, long-time Onsite president, David Formato, PE, stated “Fuss & O’Neill is a great fit for us, given their long and illustrious history of client-focused consulting. They recognize our value and the contributions we will make in helping them expand their presence in the decentralized water and wastewater space. We are excited about this partnership and the opportunities it brings for our team and our clients.”

Onsite has its offices in the Horace Mann Plaza on East Central Street.
