Marie Louise Jurchak

Marie Louise Jurchak, 94, of Franklin, Massachusetts, died peacefully on July 23, 2024.

Marie was born in May of 1930 to Joseph and Petronella Ramaika in Glen Lyon, Pennsylvania.

In 1947, Marie met Thomas Jurchak who slipped love notes to her on deposit slips at the bank where she worked. Tom and Marie married in 1954 and went on to have three children, Martha (Chestnut Hill, Mass.), Joe (Valatie, N.Y.) and Mike (Franklin, Mass.). Marie was predeceased by her husband, Tom; her brothers, Lawrence and John; and her sister, Margaret.

Marie will be interred in Newton, Pennsylvania in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Friends of Franklin Elders Inc., 10 Daniel McCahill St., Franklin, MA 02038.
