Franklin Resident Seriously Hurt in I495 Crash

A 34-year-old Franklin woman was seriously injured yesterday in an accident that left a box truck across Jersey barriers on I-495 in Hopkinton and her own car on its side.

According to WCVB reporting, the woman was traveling north when the truck apparently struck a guardrail and came across the median, striking her vehicle.

All northbound lanes were closed briefly.

The victim has not been identified.
