According to a posting from the Medway Police, Luis Rodrigo Lema-Pomavilla was found dangerous on Wednesday after a hearing at Wrentham District Court. He will be held without bail for 120 days pending a court appearance which is scheduled for early January 2025.
Lema-Pomavilla had been arrested on Tuesday, Sept 17, 2024 on sexual assault charges including: Rape of a Child with Force (2 counts), Aggravated Rape of a child with Force (2 counts) , Statutory Rape of a Child (2 counts), Drugging for Sexual Intercourse, Enticement of a Child under 16, Kidnapping (2 counts), Intimidation of a Witness, Indecent Assault and Battery, and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
