Marie Antoinette (Donahue) Parsons, 94, of Medway died November 17 peacefully at Cornerstone at Milford , she was the loving wife of Frederic W. Parsons for 63 years until his death in 2022.
Born in Hastings, Pennsylvania, March 1, 1930, the daughter of the late Charles and Paulina (Strittmatter) Donahue. Marie was raised in Hastings and had lived in Medway for over 50 years.
Marie had been a flight attendant for Capital Airlines for many years. She also had worked at the Raytheon Corporation before she raised her children.
Marie enjoyed quilting, playing cards, paintings, watching the New England Patriots and being active with her friends at St. Joseph Church and Fatima shrine.
She is survived by her children, Gregory Parsons and his wife Emma of Mendon, Jennifer Parsons of Los Angeles, California and Christine Reffel of Holliston.
She is also survived by her brother Deny Donahue of Phoenix, Arizona. She was the sister of the late Father Cecil Donahue, Lois Byrnes, Pat Donahue, and Ann Kirkpatrick
Marie is also survived by her grandsons, Nicholas and Cameron, and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, November 22 in St. Joseph Church at 10:00.
The burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Medway.
Calling hours will be on Thursday, November 21 from 5-7 pm in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home(ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 3 Barber Street, Medway.
