Franklin’s incumbent state senator who promised at a Town Hall event in Franklin a few weeks ago, that she was too completely scheduled to debate her rival, Franklin’s Dashe Videira, was sighted Sunday by the Boston Globe leading a march in support of Kamala Harris: “Wearing a pink knitted hat with cat ears, known as a “pussy hat," [see above] Rausch stood in front of the marchers desperately urging everyone to take action over the 72 hours before the election. “We find strength and energy in community, and we are a community whether I know you or not," Rausch said.

Shares Presidential Collection at Museum
After spending part of the weekend doorknocking and sign holding, Jeff Roy took some time from formal campaigning to attend a talk on Franklin’s presidential voting history at the Franklin Historical Museum Sunday afternoon. He also loaned a small part of his collection of presidential memorabilia for display at the museum through Nov., including an unusual ‘comic book’ from 1966 promoting President Lyndon Baines Johnson and his Great Society.

Pot Continues to Boil in Wrentham
The Town of Wrentham will be conducting a forum to discuss the state's MBTA Communities Multi-Family Zoning Requirements and is asking residents to submit questions. This discussion will feature a panel of elected and appointed Town officials: Select Board members Chris Gallo and Michelle Rouse, Planning Board Chair Michael McKnight, Finance Director Mike King, and Town Manager Kevin Sweet. The forum will be recorded on Nov. 16 and broadcast shortly thereafter on Wrentham Cable 8 community access and will be posted on the Town website and social media channels. The town also acknowledged that “other groups” in town are also hosting discussions around the MBTA mandates.
