Seasonal Singalong at Franklin Historical Museum 1-3 on Sunday

Commissioner and multi-instrumentalist  Randy LaRosa, will accompany participants in seasonal favorites. They museum is open from 1-4. Admission is free but donations are always appreciated. The museum is located at 80 West Central Street.

Closing and Openings

The Big Lots in Franklin is apparently slated to join other locations of the troubled chain in closure in the near future. Meanwhile, Ocean State Job Lots, which has a location in Medway, is expanding. Cumberland Crossing shopping center in North Attleboro, has a new owner - Ocean State and they plan to put a new store in the old Christmas Tree Shops spot.

Medway and Franklin Trash Delay

Due to the Christmas Holiday, trash and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day during the week of December 22–28:

Wednesday pickups will occur on Thursday

Thursday pickups will occur on Friday

Friday pickups will occur on Saturday
