COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Mass General
Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act,
the Medway Conservation
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on December 19, 2024, at 7:30PM
to consider a Notice of Intent. The hearing will be held pursuant to
Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands
Protection Act) and the Medway General
Bylaws, Article 21 (wetlands) regarding a filing by Anne Parr for the
property of 260 Village Street for a proposal to construct a garage
and remove an existing barn. The proposed activities are within the
0' -100' buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetlands as shown on
Assessor's Map 59 Lot 059. Pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, under which public bodies retain the
option of holding open meetings and hearings remotely until March 31,
2025, and in accordance with the Medway Select
Board's remote participation policy as amended at its July 2, 2021,
meeting, Conservation Commission members will be participating
remotely. Information for participating via Zoom is posted at the end
of this Agenda. The public may participate in this meeting via Remote
Participation or if need may attend in person (schedule with

The MEDWAY HOUSING
AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from
Contractors for the Exterior Doors, Storms & Trim Replacement -
Maple Lane at Maple Lane in Medway,
Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by
ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS INC. The Project consists of but not
limited to: Exterior Unit Doors, Storm Doors & Trim Replacement
at Maple Lane Development, Medway,
MA, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work is
estimated to cost $180,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L.
c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149
§§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY
