Franklin Cemetery Association Holds Annual Meeting
Last week, the Franklin Cemetery Association Board, which is
responsible for the Union Street Cemetery, met at the senior center
to consider strategies to ensure long-term health of organization and
ability to meet demand for burials. The organization dates back to
1898.
Man Murdered in Woonsocket, Killer Still at Large
Woonsocket Police report that a man was killed in the parking lot of
the local Elks on Saturday evening. There has been no identified
suspect and no apprehension of any individual since then.

500 people voted on their favorite wreath during the
A-Wreath-of-Franklin,
Sip, Shop, Stroll & Roll on Saturday, Dec. 7. Above, an image of

Veterans Appreciated
