accordance with MGL c. 149, it is the intention of the Town
of Franklin to
retain the services of a Contractor for the renovation of
the Franklin Historical
Museum Cupola Project: The work to be done under this contract
shall consist of, but not be limited to, the removal of existing
siding and trim of the cupola and the installation of new siding and
trim in accordance with the bid specifications. Work under this
Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices which
shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor,
equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.

NOTICE MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of and in
execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given
by Donna J. Russo to Bank of America, N.A., dated August 13, 2003 and
recorded in Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book 19626, Page 312
(the “Mortgage”), as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement
dated June 20, 2014, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book

dates, which plan is filed with Norfolk County Registry of Deeds as
Plan Nos. 213 and 214 of 1983, Plan Book 301. Said Lot 6
contains 162,835 square feet, more or less, according to said plan.
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of
easements, restrictions, agreements and reservations of record, if
there be any, insofar as the same may be in force and applicable.
Said premises are conveyed subject to existing mortgage encumbrances.
The grantees shall have the right, in common with other
persons entitled thereto, to use Briarwood Road shown on said plan,
as streets and ways are commonly used in the Town of Franklin.
No other interest in and to said Briarwood Road is herein conveyed.
Being the same premises conveyed to this Mortgagor by deed of Donna
J. Russo and Donald L. Quilty, Trustees of the Donna J. Russo Trust.
Said Deed is recorded in the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book

deed recorded with the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book
19626, Page 310. The premises will be sold subject to any and
all unpaid taxes and other municipal assessments and liens, and
subject to prior liens or other enforceable encumbrances of record
entitled to precedence over this mortgage, and subject to and with
the benefit of all easements, restrictions, reservations and
conditions of record and subject to all tenancies and/or rights of
