Deeds as Plan No. 861 of 1985, Plan Book 324, said Lot 2 being
bounded and described according to said plan as follows:
(SOUTHEASTERLY) by Washington Street as shown on said Plan, two
hundred and 00/100 (200.00) feet; (SOUTHWESTERLY) by land now
or formerly of L. Ducharme, as shown on said plan, two hundred eleven
and 24/100 (211.24) feet; (NORTHWESTERLY) by Lot 1, as shown
on said plan, two hundred twenty-two and 89/100 (222.89) feet; and
(NORTHEASTERLY) again by Lot 1, as shown on said plan, two hundred
ten and 00/100 (210.00) feet. Said Lot 2 contains 44,403
square feet, according to said plan. Being the same premises conveyed
to Mortgagor's by Deed dated April 17, 1987, recorded with the
Norfolk County Registry Deeds in Book 7532, Page 132. For

subject to the redemption rights in favor of the Internal Revenue

of Franklin Zoning
By-Laws, the Franklin Planning
Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (and can also be
attended remotely) on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Town
Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal
Building, 355 East Central Street, for a Special Permit and Site Plan
application titled “Site Plan Panther Way” prepared by United
