To the Editor:
[With regard to Lincoln Dinner reported on last week.]
The energy at the Lincoln Dinner was truly incredible. It wasn’t just Republicans in the room—Independents and even moderate Democrats showed up because they recognize the importance of strong leadership and common-sense solutions. This event proves that people across Massachusetts are eager to engage in meaningful discussions about the future of our state.
Dashe and her team did an outstanding job putting this together. Events like these give people an opportunity to hear firsthand how the 30 elected Republicans in the legislature are working tirelessly to fight for their interests. I hope this becomes a model that can be replicated in different parts of the Commonwealth to help more residents understand the work being done on their behalf.
What stood out most was the enthusiasm and engagement from attendees. The Q&A session showed that people are paying attention and want real answers—not just political talking points. It’s exactly this type of dialogue that strengthens our communities and keeps government accountable.
I’m grateful to Dashe and the Franklin RTC for hosting such a well-organized and impactful event. It’s clear that our movement is growing, and with continued outreach like this, we can bring more people together around the values of fiscal responsibility, public safety, and individual liberty.
