“This Love”, a collection of mixed media artwork created by artist and community builder Amy Adams opened for what was intended as a kind of brief pop-up event at the Franklin Historical Museum on Thursday afternoon.
But the audience response was enthusiastic and the museum begged, so the artwork, inspired by local poets, and in a range of style and media, will remain on display during regular weekend hours, Saturday Feb 22, from 10 to 1, and Sunday, Feb. 23, from 1 to 4.
Adams' work highlights a combination of "lived experiences, strength and love."
The Franklin Historical Museum is at 80 West Central Street, Franklin, MA. The event is free and parking is available on site.
