MEDWAY POLICE STATEMENT:
An investigation into an incident at 3 Partridge Street Medway resulted in an arrest today [Weds. Mar 5]. During the early morning hours of Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the Medway Police Department received a 911 call reporting a fight in progress. Responding officers found a 33-year-old male unconscious with serious life-threatening injuries. The officers rendered aid until Medway Fire/EMS arrived, which took over care of the injured person who was transported to Milford Regional Health Center and later transferred to UMass Medical Center in Worcester by medical helicopter. Medway Police detectives, Mass State Police detectives attached to the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, and Mass State Police Crime Scene technicians responded and conducted an extensive investigation. A suspect who had fled the scene before the responding officers arrived was identified. Medway police detectives and patrol officers located and arrested Bryan Condoy, age 29, today at about 12:00 noon. Mr. Condoy is a resident of 3 Partridge Street Medway. The victim is in serious but stable condition at UMass Medical Center Worcester. Mr. Condoy will be arraigned in Wrentham District Court tomorrow on the following charges:1. Assault and Battery causing Serious Bodily Injury. 2. Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon.3. Assault and Battery.
