accepted by the Town of Franklin from
qualified vendors to perform a fencing project around the existing
playground at the JFK Elementary School. Project: Except as
otherwise noted, the successful Contractor shall furnish all
materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete work as detailed
in the work specifications. When the work is completed, the
contractor shall leave the job site in a neat and finished condition,
which includes removal of all material. Estimated Cost:

RFQ/FISHER
STREET WATER TREATMENT LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
TOWN OF FRANKLIN
ENGINEERING
AND RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES FOR FISHER STREET WATER
TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE PROJECT In accordance with Chapter
149, Section 44A1/2 of the Massachusetts General Laws, it is the
intention of the Town of Franklin to
retain the services of Engineering and Resident Project
Representative Services (Clerk of the Works) during the construction
of the Fisher Street Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project.
The Fisher Street Water Treatment Plant Upgrade project will replace
the existing ozone/ultrafiltration membranes for treatment of iron
and manganese with pressurized manganese greensand vessels. In
addition, the project will also construct a new PFAS treatment
facility capable of treating up to 1.2 million gallons per day when
all treatment vessels are operated in series. Project: Fisher
Street Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project Estimated

NOTICE NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Medway Planning
and Economic Development Board For Property located at 21 High Street
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Medway Zoning
Bylaw and G.L. c. 40A that the Medway Planning
and Economic Development Board (PEDB) will conduct a public hearing
on March 25, 2025, at 7:15 p.m. at Medway Town
Hall, 155 Village Street, in Sanford Hall, to consider the
application from Medway Development,
LLC for property located at 21 High Street, Assessor Parcel No.
57-062, in the Agricultural Residential II (AR II) zoning district
and in the Multi-Family Housing Overlay District. The application is
for major site plan review, multi-family housing special permit, and
Land Disturbance permit for the proposed construction of three
townhouse style residential buildings (7 new units); an existing
duplex will remain on the property undisturbed, bringing the proposed
unit count to 9 units. Copies of the petition, site plan and
associated materials are on file with the Medway Town
Clerk and the Community and Economic Development office
at Medway Town
Hall and may be inspected during regular Town Hall office hours.
