Karen E. Ayotte of Franklin MA has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond. LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF FRANKLIN In accordance with M.G.L. 30(B), section (6), the Town of Franklin is seeking qualified contractors for the management and facilitation of large water meter testing, source water meter testing, and non-revenue water analytical services. Project: The Town is interested in contracting with one firm for a three (3) year contract, subject to annual appropriation of funds, to provide the Town's large water meter customers with meter testing and analytical services. Project: Work under this contract shall consist of the Contractor furnishing and loading Hot Mix Asphalt into Town of Franklin DPW vehicles in accordance with the specifications. 20 Broad Street LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Medway Planning and Economic Development Board For Property located at 20 Broad Street Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Medway Zoning Bylaw and G.L. c. 40A that the Medway Planning and Economic Development Board (PEDB) will conduct a public hearing on April 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Medway Town Hall, 155 Village Street, in Sanford Hall, to consider the application from Faria Realty Trust for the property located at 20 Broad Street, Assessor Parcel No. 60-232, in the Village Commercial (VC) zoning district and in the Multi-Family Housing Overlay District. The applicant seeks a modification to the previously approved special permit decision by amending General Condition L to allow the issuance of a building permit for the second building without providing performance security, and make other amendments to General Condition L.
