A new study by Denver accident attorneys at the Law Firm of Jeremy Rosenthal revealed that Mississippi is the worst state for learning to drive in America. The research considered several key factors that can contribute to learner driver experience, examining data from the US Department of Transportation, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and the American Automobile Association. Massachusetts ranks third with an index score of 72.64 out of 100. Contributing to its impressive ranking, the state was revealed to have 3.77 driving schools per 100,000 residents, which is 74% higher than the national average identified. This is in addition to the state's fatal crash rate of 5.77 per 100,000 population, and 74% of the state's road miles recorded as being in acceptable condition.
