seek proposals from qualified bidders for providing the supply and

and municipal castings. Project: The work to be done under

accordance with MGL c. 30B section 5, sealed bids will be accepted by
the Town of Franklin for
the purchase of drinking water chemicals. It is the intention of the
town to award a fixed price two year contract, subject to an annual
appropriation of funds, for the supply of water chemicals.
Project: All bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided with
the bid specifications. No change shall be made in the phraseology of

MAINTENANCE LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids (IFB) TOWN OF FRANKLIN
In
accordance with MGL c. 30B, it is the intention of the Town
of Franklin to
retain the services of a landscaping/grounds maintenance firm for the
purposes of maintaining the grounds/green space at Franklin High
School and Horace Mann Middle School located within the Town
of Franklin.
Project: The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all
labor, equipment, materials and transportation required for complete
maintenance of the Franklin High
School and Horace Mann Middle School grounds/green space as
identified in the bid specifications. The Contractor shall become
fully informed and familiar with existing conditions of the sites
before submitting a bid. Estimated Cost: $ 60,000.00

Spring Street LEGAL NOTICE MEDWAY CONSERVATION
COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Mass General Laws,
Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and
the Medway General
Bylaws, Article 21 (wetlands) the Medway Conservation
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 15, 2025, at 7:00PM to
consider a Request for Determination of Applicability. The hearing
will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws
as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and the Medway General
Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by Susan Healey for the property
of 2 Spring Street. The applicant proposes to install an above-ground
pool and associated grading. The proposed work is within the 100'
Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, as shown on Assessor's
Map 28 Lot 009. Notice of the Conservation Commission public meeting
is posted in Town Hall not less than 48 hours in advance as required
by the MA Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. c. 30A, § 18-25). Pursuant
to the provisions of Chapter 2 of Acts of 2023, an act which extends
certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the State of Emergency, and
under which public bodies retain the option of holding open meetings
and hearings remotely until March 31, 2025, and in accordance with
the Medway Select
Board's remote participation policy as amended at its July 2, 2021,
meeting, the Conservation Commission members will be participating
remotely. The public may participate in this meeting via Remote
Participation or if need may attend in person (schedule with
Conservation Office). A link for the meeting will be provided on the
Conservation Agenda posted on the Town's website
