“Earning the Seal of Biliteracy in Hindi year wasn’t just a recognition of my language skills, but a celebration of my identity.” -Saanvi Daunde
“Speaking two languages has such an immeasurable cultural and practical value that everyone should strive to learn a second language.” -Manuel Romero

“The more languages I know, the more people I can connect with, and the more deeply I can experience the world around me.” -Malika Kaldybayeva
“Anybody can travel the world and observe other cultures as a foreigner. But bilingual people have the opportunity to get to know people from different heritages, different countries, different cultures, and different perspectives in a deeper manner. Instead of looking through the window, you're inside, sitting at the table.” -Jibreel Brahimi
The Seal of Biliteracy is not just an academic honor, it is a powerful expression of our students’ identities and their readiness to engage with the world. It symbolizes their dedication to language learning, their personal journey, and their commitment to fostering cross-cultural understanding, according to Laura Evans, Director of World Languages for Franklin Public Schools.
Franklin High School congratulates these students for their dedication and celebrates their achievement as multilingual citizens ready to thrive in a global society.
