To Whom It May Concern:
On November 8, the Encore Music Education Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization will partner with Encore Music Academy and Recording Studios, to host a silent auction and raffle in order to raise funds for our music scholarship program.
Our goal is to annually provide multiple scholarships to deserving music students and music education programs, based upon both merit and/or need. To this end, any product or service donation will be deeply appreciated. All donations are tax-deductible and will be gratefully acknowledged in all event publicity.
Founded in October 2015 in Franklin, Massachusetts, EMEF was established to fill a perceived need in the community for more tangible music education financial support, and to recognize the merits of music students of all ages. We are proud that since December 2015, the Foundation has already awarded over $14,000 to 45 very deserving students of music, ranging in age from 8 to 18, and over $18,000 of financial aid to music students and programs. Our goal for 2025 is to increase these merit scholarship awards and financial aid awards to an annual total of $20,000, and with your generous support, we feel confident that we will be able to reach our goals:
To bring music into the lives of those who might not be able to afford lessons and classes; to purchase musical instruments for individuals and music education programs; to support students attending college to study music; to provide educational resources and materials for students of music; and, finally, to recognize, through the establishment of our scholarship awards, thosestudents who exhibit excellence in the study of their chosen instrument.
Our partner is Encore Music Academy and Recording Studios, a music school comprised of over 20 faculty members, with a student body and recording clients of nearly 300, and growing. The students at Encore Music Academy work hard each year to produce an album whose proceeds are entirely dedicated to the EMEF scholarship program. In this way, students also have the opportunity to give back to their community with the gift of music.
