and/or hazardous materials has occurred at this location, which is a
disposal site as defined by M.G.L. c. 21E, § 2 and the Massachusetts
Contingency Plan, 310 CMR 40.0000. To evaluate the release, a Phase I

Holliston Street LEGAL NOTICE MEDWAY CONSERVATION
COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Mass General
Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act,
and the Medway General
Bylaws,Article 21 (wetlands) the Medway Conservation
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 1, 2025, at 7:15 pm to
consider a Notice of Intent. The hearing will be held pursuant to
Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands
Protection Act) and the Medway General
Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by William Richards for the
property of 167 Holliston Street. The applicant proposes to construct
an addition to the existing single family dwelling and replacement of
a septic system within the Conservation Commission jurisdiction. The
proposed work is within the 100' Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated
Wetlands, as shown on Assessor's Map 09 Lot 050. Notice of the
Conservation Commission public meeting is posted in Town Hall not
less than 48 hours in advance as required by the MA Open Meeting Law
(M.G.L. c. 30A, § 18-25). Pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, under which public bodies retain the
option of holding open meetings and hearings remotely until June 30,
2027, as recently amended in 2025, and in accordance with
the Medway Select
Board's remote participation policy as amended at its July 2, 2021,
meeting, Conservation Commission members will be participating
remotely. The public may participate in this meeting via Remote
Participation or if need may attend in person (schedule with
