Elizabeth J. "Betty" Picard

Elizabeth J. "Betty" (Pasquantonio) Picard 92, of Franklin, passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, Thursday July 10, 2025 at Cornerstone of Milford, following an illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward K. Picard, who died in 2001.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass Friday July 18th, at St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Square Franklin at 10AM.

Burial will follow at the parish cemetery.

Calling hours are Thursday June 17th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 4-7PM.
