BYLAW
AMENDMENTS 25-936 & 25-937 LEGAL NOTICE The Franklin Town
Council will hold a second reading and final vote on the adoption of
two Town Code Bylaw Amendments summarized as follows: Bylaw
Amendment 25-936: Proposes to add a new subsection G. Electric
Vehicle Charging Station Revolving Fund as a new Authorized Revolving
Fund under Chapter 73, Section 73-5 of Franklin Town
Code. Bylaw Amendment 25-937: Proposes to amend Franklin Town
Code at Chapter 82, Section 82-6, Schedule of Service, Subsection A.
Administration by adding a fee of 35 cents per kWh for Electric
Vehicle Charging Stations. The second reading and final votes
on adoption of both of these bylaw amendments will take place during
the Town Council Public Meeting beginning at 6:00 pm on July 23,

COMMISSION Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Mass General Laws,
Chapter 131, Section 40, Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and
the Medway General
Bylaws, Article 21 (wetlands) the Medway Conservation
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 17, 2025, at 7:00PM to
consider a Request for Determination of Applicability. The hearing
will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws
as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and the Medway General
Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by the Town of Medway for
the property of 46 Broad Street. The applicant proposes to perform
test pit investigations. The proposed work is within the 100' Buffer
Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, as shown on Assessor's Map 50
Lot 002. Notice of the Conservation Commission public meeting is
posted in Town Hall not less than 48 hours in advance as required by
the MA Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. c. 30A, § 18-25). Pursuant to
the provisions of Chapter 2 of Acts of 2023, an act which extends
certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the State of Emergency, and
under which public bodies retain the option of holding open meetings
and hearings remotely until June 30, 2027, and in accordance with
