MEDWAY: Shelly Lynette Sepulveda

Shelly L. Sepulveda, 49, of Medway MA died Monday (January 26, 2026) at the Boston Medical Center in Boston MA after an illness. She was the beloved wife of Tami Sue (Bonacci) Sepulveda.

Shelly was born in Amarillo TX, the daughter of Roger M. Sepulveda and Carol J. (Pendleton) Sepulveda.

She was a graduate of Borger TX High School, Class of 1995. Following that she graduated from Frank Phillips Junior College in Borger TX in 1997 and then graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix AZ with a nursing degree in 2005. In 2010 she attained a dual Masters Degree in Nursing & Business from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix AZ. And finally attained her Doctorate in Nursing from Capella University in 2020.

Shelly began her accomplished career in nursing by working as a NICU Registered Nurse from 1998 to 2010. She then worked as an NICU Supervisor and then Manager from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016 she worked as a Clinical Nursing Instructor, as well as a Professional Development Manager. From 2016 to 2024 she worked as a Clinical Documentation Manager.

Shelly had been a resident of Medway MA since 2013. Prior to that she had resided in Champagne IL, San Francisco CA, Denver CO, Phoenix AZ and Borger TX.

Shelly was a proud and devoted member of the Rotary Club of Boston; the YMCA – Live Strong; and ACDIS ( a professional association). She also was an avid fan of the Boston sports teams, the NE Patriots, the Boston Celtics, the Boston Red Sox & the Boston Bruins. She also loved vintage cars, crocheting, dancing and her many family pets.

Along with her beloved wife, Tami Sue, of Medway MA, she is survived by her 10 children: Jennifer Stawarski of Geneva IL, Kirsten Peacock of Chandler AZ, Nicholas Andsager of Chandler AZ, Alec Andsager of Chandler AZ, Samuel Sepulveda of Medway MA, Abigail Sepulveda of Medway MA, Shaelin Sepulveda of Medway MA, Tyler Sepulveda of Medway MA, Kameron Sepulveda of Medway MA and Noah Sepulveda of Medway MA; her parents: Roger M. Sepulveda and Carol Jeanette Sepulveda of Amarillo TX; her sibling: Maurita Carol Pleasant and her husband Dwayne Pleasant of Argyle TX; also several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many more loving family members & friends.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday (February 4th) at 12 NOON at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Medway MA. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday (February 3rd) from 5pm to 7pm at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home.
