Judy Ann (MacDonald) Kane, 65, of North Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at home. She was the beloved wife of 32 years to the late Christopher D. Kane, who passed away on May 27, 2024.
Born in Milford, Massachusetts on November 28, 1960, she was the loving daughter of the late Robert H. and Edna L. (Travers) MacDonald. Judy grew up in Medway and was a 1978 graduate of Medway High School. She was employed for the majority of her career at Bright Insurance Agency in Milford, where she worked until her retirement in 2023.
Judy loved the beach and found great joy in traveling, having visited places such as Hawaii, Saint Thomas, and Florida. She enjoyed shopping and had a special love for jewelry, and took pride in decorating her home, always making it a warm and welcoming place. She also had a deep appreciation for music, especially R&B and country.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Stephanie L. Kane of North Attleboro; her sister, Nancy L. Waugh of Brimfield; and her sister-in-law, Susan MacDonald of Mansfield. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Thomas R. MacDonald and the sister-in-law of the late Richard Waugh.
Her visitation, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the SPERRY-MCHOUL-PICHI FUNERAL HOME, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro, followed by a memorial service officiated by the Reverend Mary Alice Sullivan at 7:00 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
