BYLAW AMENDMENT 26-951 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF FRANKLIN BYLAW AMENDMENT 26-951 AMENDMENT TO WATER SYSTEM MAP A BYLAW TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN AT CHAPTER 179, §179-9.1 WATER SYSTEM MAP BE IT ENACTED BY THE FRANKLIN TOWN COUNCIL that Chapter 179, §179-9.1 of the Code of the Town of Franklin entitled Water System Map, Exhibit A (Map) be amended by adding as an eligible location the following: §179-9.1 Water System Map Exhibit A: Extending water main to provide Town water service to a five-lot subdivision proposed for future construction on parcel 304-016-000 on Union Street. The proposed extension will require installation of approximately five hundred fifty (550) feet of a new eight (8) inch ductile iron water main. This bylaw amendment shall not become effective until all conditions agreed to between the property owner and the Franklin Department of Public Works are satisfied. Voted 5/13/2026. BYLAW AMENDMENT 26-950 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF FRANKLIN BYLAW AMENDMENT 26-950 AMENDMENT TO SEWER SYSTEM MAP A BYLAW TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN AT CHAPTER 139, §139-14. SEWER SYSTEM MAP BE IT ENACTED BY THE FRANKLIN TOWN COUNCIL that Chapter 139, §139-14 of the Code of the Town of Franklin entitled Sewer System Map, Exhibit A (Map) be amended by adding as an eligible location the following: §139-14. Sewer System Map Exhibit A: Extending sewer system to provide Town sewer service to a five lot subdivision proposed for future construction on parcel 304-016-000 on Union Street. The proposed extension will extend the existing sewer main by approximately five hundred (500) feet of a new eight (8) inch PVC sewer main and associated new sewer manholes. This bylaw amendment shall not become effective until all conditions agreed to between the property owner and the Franklin Department of Public Works are satisfied. Voted 05/13/2026. HERBICIDE APPLICATION LEGAL NOTICE Town of Medway Notice to the General Public The Town of Medway will initiate herbicide application activities throughout select right-of-way areas. Application activities are to take place on the approximate dates of June18, 2026 through November 1, 2026 for the purposes of controlling Poison Ivy and other nuisance, hazard and/or detrimental vegetation species. Select herbicides may include: Garlon 4 (EPA Registration #62719-40), RoundUp Pro (EPA Registration #524-475), Glyphomax Plus (62719-322), Rodeo (62719-324), Arsenal (EPA Registration #241-346), Escort XP (EPA Registration #432-1549), Patriot (EPA Registration #228-391), Milestone (EPA Registration #62719-519), Opensight (62719-597), and/or Esplanade 220SC (EPA Registration #432-1516) and will be applied in compliance with 333 CMR 11.00 via hand application and/or truck mounted sprayer.
