The hearing will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and the Medway General Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing by David Axberg of Brooks Management Services for the Sanford Mills Condominium Association for a project located at 14 Sanford Street. The applicant proposes constructing replacement decks for condo units within the 200' Riverfront to the Charles River and the Regulatory Floodway.
