In accordance with the Town of Franklin Zoning By-Laws, the Franklin Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall (and can also be attended remotely) on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 7:05 PM in the Town Council Chambers of the Franklin Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street, for modification of a special permit/site plan for 1256 West Central Street in Franklin, MA prepared by United Consultants, Inc. and submitted to the Department of Planning and Community Development by GTE Franklin, LLC, 120 Bergeron Way, Stoughton, MA 02072.
The site is located at 1256 West Street in the Industrial Zoning District (Assessors Map 274, Lot 001). The applicant is requesting to waive the second special condition of approval from the Special Permit/Site Plan approved on September 23, 2019 so as to allow walk-in customers at the establishment.
