FRANKLIN, 1 PADDOCK LANE LEGAL NOTICE Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, March 22, 2023 at 7:06 PM on an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Mitch Maslanka of Goddard Consulting LLC, Northborough, MA on behalf of Nabih Younis, Franklin, MA for confirmation of delineations for a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) and an enclosed upland island. The project is located at 1 Paddock Lane, Map 211 Lot 118, in the Rural Residential 1 Zone. The hearing will provide an open forum for the discussion. This meeting will be done remotely via the “ZOOM” platform and “In-person” in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 355 East Central Street.
