Milford and state police this week arrested a fourth person in connection to the January armed robbery of the Aroma Brazil butcher shop.

Early Wednesday morning, police served a warrant at a home along Union Street in Franklin and arrested David De Araujo Lima, 24. He was charged with being an accessory to armed robbery after the fact, unarmed robbery, larceny from a person, intimidating a witness and conspiracy, according to police.

The Jan. 9 Aroma Brazil robbery happened around 9 p.m. when two men walked into the Beach Street business with handguns and demanded money. They escaped in an SUV with cash from the business.

Six days after the robbery, police arrested Lucas Morreira Fontenelle, 21, of Framingham in connection to the robbery. Also on Jan. 15, police arrested Daniel Generoso, 26, after a standoff that closed West Street. Jonatha De Araujo Lima, 19, also of Franklin, was arrested on Jan. 17.

In an unrelated but also serious incident in Bellingham recently, police eventually arrested the suspect in an armed robbery of a liquor store hiding out in Lowell. The individual had evaded Bellingham police after a chase but other information later led them to his location in where he was arrested with the help of Lowell Police.

Bellingham police said armed robberies are normally pretty unusual in that town.
