Peg, or Peggy as she has been identified in a Facebook Post from Cedarwood Gardens, is turning 102 and the folks caring for her have asked residents and friends to honor her with 102 birthday cards – or more.
That’s not a big ask for someone born when Warren G. Harding (picture above) was President, and who has lived through 17 additional presidents since then! Peggy, we happen to know, was always fond of cutting a rug in her youth – a period life that lasted up until just a few years ago, we might add!
And feisty would be an accurate word to describe Peggy – the town’s perennial live wire! Age has scarcely slowed her down, and we hope she keeps everyone at Cedarwood Gardens entertained and on their toes.
