On Monday, November 25th, Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter School alumna Artemisia Saparoff returned to her 8th grade classroom to discuss her time as a second year student at the Naval Academy, sharing information about the academy to current and future candidates. Artemisia attended BFCCS for grades 6-8 and was very involved in the school community.
She originally learned about the Naval Academy from her father, but believes many in the state aren’t aware of its existence, which is why she wants to spread the word.
Artemisia spoke to 8th grade students during classes on Monday.
