Deeds in Book 6934, Page 1, ("Master Deed"), as amended by
First Amendment to Master Deed of Franklin Crossing
Condominium, dated May 28, 1986, recorded with said Deeds in Book
7069, Page 555, which Unit is shown on the floor plans of the
Condominium recorded simultaneously with said First Amendment to
Master Deed, and on the copy of a portion of said plans attached to
the First Unit Deed of this Unit recorded in Book 7159, Page 333, to
which is affixed a verified statement in the form required by Section
9 of Chapter 183A. Said Unit is conveyed together with an
undivided 1.071% interest in the Common Elements, as described in the
First Amendment to Master Deed. In the event any subsequent phase is
added to the Condominium by Amendment to the Master Deed, the
undivided interest of the Unit in the Common Elements shall be and
become that specified in Exhibit "B" of said First
Amendment of the Master Deed. Said unit is conveyed together
with the exclusive right and easement to use such patio or balcony as

together with any amendments thereto, shall constitute covenants
running with the land and shall bind any person having at any time
any interest or estate in the Unit. his employees, mortgagees,
tenants, invitees and visitors, as though such provisions were
recited and stipulated at length herein; 3. Such taxes
attributable to the Unit and Common Elements for the current fiscal
year as are not yet due and payable on the date of delivery hereof,
which taxes the Grantee hereby assumes and agrees to pay; 4.
Provisions of existing building and zoning laws; and 5. The
encumbrances listed in Exhibit 'A' to the Master Deed. The use
of the Unit is subject to the restrictions set forth in Paragraph 9

LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the
Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP), under
authority granted by the Massachusetts Clean Waters Act, M.G.L. c.
21, §§ 26 – 53, and the implementing regulations at 314 CMR 3.00
and 4.00, is proposing to: (1) issue a federal Clean Water Act
Section 401 Water Quality Certification (WQC) for the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed 2024 Draft NPDES
Permit (Federal Permit) (MA Permit No. MA0102598) to Charles River
Pollution Control District (CRPCD) for the Charles River Water
Pollution Abatement Facility (CRWPAF) for their Medway facility's
pollutant discharges to the Charles River (MA 72-05); and (2) issue
the 2024 Draft Massachusetts Surface Water Discharge Permit (SWDP)
for the same discharge pursuant to the Massachusetts Clean Waters
Act. CRPCD and the CRWPAF are located at 66 Village Street, Medway,
Massachusetts 02053. The proposed WQC, proposed SWDP, and proposed
Federal Permit are all available at
https://www.mass.gov/info-details/massdep-permits-approvals-for-comment.
Alternatively, a copy of the documents can be obtained by contacting
