Although Lesley Hazeldine, Assistant Clerk-Magistrate at Wrentham District Court, declined to share any information with Observer regarding the time or court room location of the arraignment for James Blanchard, other outlets found out and sent reporters. According to the office of the Norfolk County District Attorney, a not guilty plea was entered by the Wrentham District court on behalf of James Blanchard of Franklin in connection with his involvement in a fatal crash on Grove Street in Franklin, Saturday night that killed a young girl. He was ordered held in jail on $250,000 cash bail. His case was continued to June 24 for a pre-trial conference. WJAR shared an eyewitness account of the crash here.
