The hearing will be held pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40, of the General Laws as amended (The Wetlands Protection Act) and the Medway General Bylaw Article 21, regarding a filing from OA Homes for 0 Summer Street. The applicant proposes to construct a single-family home, garage, driveway, sewer and well within the buffer zone. The proposed work is within 100 buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland, as shown on Assessor's Map 19 Lot 046. Notice of the Conservation Commission public meeting is posted in Town Hall not less than 48 hours in advance as required by the MA Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. c. 30A, § 18-25). Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2 of Acts of 2023, an act which extends certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the State of Emergency, and under which public bodies retain the option of holding open meetings and hearings remotely until June 30, 2027, and in accordance with the Medway Select Board's remote participation policy as amended at its July 2, 2021, meeting, the Conservation Commission members will be participating remotely. The public may participate in this meeting via Remote Participation or if need may attend in person (schedule with Conservation Office). At 6:00 P.M. General Business. 2. At 6:05 P.M. On the application of Regiane Ferreira, 1 Esther Dr., Milford, MA 01757 for Special Permit relief pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to a parcel of land on the easterly side of Esther Drive, known and numbered as 1 Esther Drive and consisting of 25,386 sq. ft. of land, more or less. The Special Permit relief is sought in order to permit the keeping of up to 5 dogs as Residential Animals within the meaning of the Zoning By-Law. 3. At 6:10 P.M.
