Symphony Drive Legal Notice Town of Franklin Conservation Commission Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 131, s.40 (Wetlands Protection Act), the Franklin Conservation Commission will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 7:05 PM on a Notice of Intent filed by William Buckley, Jr. of Bay Colony Group, Inc., Foxborough, MA on behalf of Cypress Real Estate Development, LLC, Foxborough, MA. The applicant is proposing to construct a single-family dwelling in a new two-lot subdivision. Approximately 14,560 Square Feet (SF) of proposed work is within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Isolated Vegetated Wetlands (IVW), of which approximately 2,638 SF is proposed within 25- to 50-foot Buffer Zone to BVW and 11,922 SF is within the 50- to 100-foot Buffer Zone to BVW.
